Altec Lansing Orbit Details & Features

The Altec Lansing Orbit iM237 speaker's compact and unqiue round-shaped design which the name speaks for itself, will suit a lot of people, specially those that travel frequently. Although it is a single speaker system, the iM237 produces quality sound all 360 degrees.

The Orbit also comes with an adapter designed specifically for Sony Ericsson cellphones. The cord that is used to connect to the iPod or iPhone is tucked away and wrapped around the bottom.

Power and Batteries
There is only one button on the system and that is the power button.  The Orbit runs on (3) "AAA" batteries and enable the Orbit to play up to 24 hours.  The standard alkaline batteries are not as convenient as a internal rechargable battery. 

Carrying Case
The iM237 also comes with a pretty nice nylon carrying case with carabineer clip to prevent scratching it from moving carrying around.
